So $1,093 dollars is the reason to not just get KM184's! That is a lot of money in my book and from what I hear with Mikes mod it bring the Oktava's up to the level of the KM184's. New modded Oktava MK012's with one capsule of your choice is $557 (i told Mike about sound room's prices and he offered me a more accurate deal on a new moded pair).
